JR Communications Advanced TV Box (ATB) Standard Purchase Terms:
Performance may vary depending on specific geographic location, interference, or environmental factors such as construction materials used in the building the device is housed in. For support please first contact support by TEXTING 530-450-2800, we can attempt to resolve issues remotely. JR Communications offers a cancellation period with a 21 day undamaged and unaltered ATB return policy for a 20% restocking fee. Storage, Activation Fee and first month service is not refundable. The ATB must be returned to the JR Communications must receive a (RMA#) Return Merchandise Authorization number by contacting our office: 1-855-978-6464 and emailing support@jrcomm.us. The 21 day period begins the day of service activation. No refunds or returns of equipment after 21 days. Service can only be stopped after 21 days. JRTV ATB is covered under a 12 month manufacturer warranty. Warranty includes 1 free replacement for manufacturer defects or failures. JR ATB damage due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage is not covered under manufacturer warranty. Such damage after customer takes possession of the equipment is not eligible for return or warranty replacement. Replacement JRTV ATB can be purchased.
RMA Requirements:
The JRTV ATB in all must be returned to JR Communications by mailing it to:
JR Communications, 6100 Horseshoe Bar Rd #A134, Loomis CA 95650. Have your RMA# on the shipping label.
4 items to be sent back are the ATB, Power Cord, HDMI Cord, Remote.
Cost of missing equipment items:
HDMI Cord $19.99 ; Power Cord $29.99 ; Remote $49.99 ; Storage $29.99 ; ATB $299.99
Missing items or damaged items will be deducted from reimbursement amount plus any applicable taxes.
Please Send an email to support@jrcomm.us with your tracking number upon shipping in order to get refunded in a timely manner. Please ship the equipment back within 10 calendar days of receiving the RMA#. Extended returns may be rejected or cause delays in refund times. We recommend using UPS or FedEx and wrapping it with some bubble wrap for safety of the equipment. Returning and shipping the equipment back is customers responsibility. Refunds take up to 3 business days upon receiving the return. No walk-in deliveries.
Special Return or Refunds will be noted and followed based on the SignNow paperwork that was filled out. No exceptions or alterations can be made to any documents or terms that are signed and initialed via the SignNow paperwork.
Service Terms:
Service is deployed through JR Communications and our server partners. In the event of an outage, JR Communications will do its best to restore service in a timely manner. There are many reasons for an outage, including but not limited to: power outage, Carrier network malfunction, server overload, etc. JR Communications is not responsible for loss or poor performance of streaming television content and no compensation will be offered for lost television service. JR Communications is not responsible for (due to lack of television service – including but not limited to): missing school, missing work, lost income, child care issues, etc. JR Communications will try to fix all issues remotely and may require customer to perform basic tasks such as logging into equipment with instructions or power cycling equipment. Sometimes service calls are necessary and JR Communications does not guarantee that technicians will be available in the exact timeframe as the customer hopes. Technology changes and it may be possible in the future that the equipment is outdated and needs to be replaced. JR Communications is not responsible for technology changing nor responsible for the cost of new equipment that the customer may incur. As the service with JR Communications is month to month, customer can cancel at any time at least one full business day before their billing date. If customer chooses to cancel after their billing date, their charges are not refundable as the streaming service is pre-paid 30 days in advance. If for some reason television streaming service stops working, or a particular channel the customer wanted to watch is buffering and/or not working, and JR Communications is unable to fix it to customers satisfaction this does not enable customer to seek a refund of equipment. Instead, JR Communications will do its best to try and find customer another television solution. Customer agrees to hold JR Communications harmless in situations where the television service stops working and JR Communications is unable to get the service restored. JR Communications will do its best but with technology constantly changing there are no guarantees. For support please first contact support by TEXTING 530-450-2800, we can attempt to resolve issues remotely. Service calls can take up to 7 business days to complete but are typically fulfilled in shorter time frames, depending on customer location. One service call per calendar year is free but additional service calls are billed at $99 UNLESS JR Communications (at our discretion) believes the issue is with the equipment or workmanship we sold the customer. Furthermore, if customer refuses to cooperate to perform basic duties with the equipment as part of a remote service call as described above JR Communications will charge a service call fee as described above if technician visit is necessary.
All service is Pre-Paid television service on month to month terms. Service plan costs are subject to rate changes. It is the customer responsibility to use the 21 day trial period to insure that their current internet service will support the streaming television service. Also, performance may be affected if you switch internet providers, downgrade your plan or make any changes to your internet service as this streaming television service requires fast high speed internet to work properly. Channel lineups are not guaranteed and may fluctuate. Not all channels may work and you may need to create service tickets with JR Communications for channels that are not properly working. Customers are entitled to receive 1 On Site service visit per year AFTER remote troubleshooting. Further service calls will be billed at $99 per service call. JR Communications reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. First month’s service will be due at enrollment. Your first month’s subscription bill will include an activation and processing fee of $29.99. Your monthly service will re-bill on the same date as enrollment, for each recurring month. Service may be re-started after a cancellation, for a reconnect fee of $29.99 plus your service dues. Service cancellations MUST be submitted to support@jrcomm.us a minimum of 3 days before service renewal date to ensure renewal is stopped. Not all plans are available in all areas. Available plans will be determined by your JR Communications Sales Affiliate.
Customer is required to contact JR Communications customer support by emailing support@jrcomm.us for any billing concerns. JR Communications will work with the customer to ensure that the billing arrangements outlined in the order enrollment are upheld. Failure to do so, and filing financial disputes constitutes fraud and will result in IMMEDIATE termination of service and possible legal action.
ATB Care:
Customer takes responsibility for care of customer ATB by storing in a safe place that prevents the ATB falling off tables and/or windows. Also avoid direct sunlight or heat sources as this could affect the internal components and nullify the warranty due to damage and/or negligence.
